Modern hotel with great facilities and poor service

Facilities including gym, sauna and outdoors swimming pool are great and very clean, they really add value for money to this hotel so be sure to use them.

When I checked in, the room had hair everywhere and the bed hasn't been changed from the previous occupant! The cleaner has never provided bottled water or soap for the room even though I've asked. There is no hair drier in the room and they cannot provide. The Wifi in the room kept dropping, had to go to the restaurant to use Wifi.

Only the pillow. Leaving.

The terrible cold un inviting, poor cheap quality breakfast. having to find a clean table,The poor lighting in the room very dark,the noise from aircraft taking off every one minute.No Atmosphere,local street market very dirty,room cleaning not good,we had no WIFI in room,reported it 3 times, no kettle, no coffee making facilities, no soap.overall not good value for money.

I would have stayed longer if the breakfast buffet have more variety

The fron desk staffs are very helpful

The breakfast is almost the same everyday; there should be more variety of foods...and why do you serve bacon only once a week? There is no free coffee or tea in the room

Great location close to the DMK airport. The service was exceptional.

Convenient location close to the DMK international airport. The hotel staff provided an exceptional service. We were scheduled to fly out to Vietnam on a very early morning flight, and I informed the front desk the night before that we would check out at 5 AM and asked if they could help up with getting a taxi cab. Before sunrise is usually a bad time to find a taxi in Bangkok. I was very impressed that when we came down to check out in the morning, the hotel managed to get a taxi waiting for us. There are plenty of eating options nearby. We ended up buying some street food for dinner one evening.

The breakfast was ok but not as good compare the other hotels with a comparable price we've stayed in. This is really a minor point. Being able to catch breakfast in the hotel was a big convenience factor for it saved time in starting the day. It's also possible to walk out on the street for a variety of breakfast choices.

Convenient and inexpensive. Good for visiting govt offices.

This hotel is functional and clean. Location near government offices is best selling point. Price is quite cheap so for basic accommodation it’s ok. In no way a holiday destination though. Fitness centre very well equipped for anyone serious about weight lifting and resistance training.

Breakfast horrible Pool a bit sad. Neglected and hardly used.

What was the highlight of Ebina House

We love the location.

We love the location. This location has access to all the convenience stores, street food, access to highway to take a taxi to other locations. Price was reasonable. Rooms are very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. While we don't like the other two mentioned, we still like this hotel very much.

Internet access was not available for free and it's over $15 /a day. Other near by hotel Louis Tavern has free internet and the location is just as good. However, we chose Ebina because we like the Junior Suite which gave us an extra room for our kids to hang around. We also don't like the fact that we only get one key and we would have to pay for a second key if we want. The key has to put in the key slot in the room in order to power on the room, i.e. AC and lights. This is difficult for parents like us when one of us want to go down in the evening to get something on the street while the rest are sleeping, one may have to leave the door open a little bit in order to be able to get in. If the key is taken, there will be no /lights or AC on for the kids.
